Is OEM service free?
Yes. We do offer OEM Service for free, but there is Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Plush toys OEM service, MOQ 1000pcs.

What’s the process of applying to OEM services?
1. Share your logo and design with us
2. Check and adjust the first test sample
3. Approve the final sample
4.We process the order and ship it to you
When we ship?
Generally, we need 15 working days to finish the small plush plush pillow orders, 25 working days to finish medium order, for larger order (more than 10,000 Pcs. with OEM), we need about 35 working days or longer to finish it. once we finish the order, we will give the goods to our forwarder, then the order start to ship.
